HUBNETIX Product Warranty - Terms & Conditions

The purpose of this document is to outline the terms and conditions of the Hubnetix Product warranty. The HUBNETIX each line of Product Warranty varies depending upon the type of product you purchased and the HUBNETIX limited warranty is included in every product's manual.

PLEASE CAUTIOUSLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PURCHASING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE HUBNETIX PRODUCTS – LANLINE, CABLINE, NETLINE, POWLINE AND VEULINE MANUFACTURED BY HUBNETIX CORPORATION, UK. YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS HUBNETIX LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT.

To obtain service under HUBNETIX's limited warranty, customer must be the original purchaser/user of the product and customer must obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number from HUBNETIX Office or an authorized HUBNETIX partner. Any defective Products must be returned to HUBNETIX Office or an authorized HUBNETIX partner and must be accompanied by a brief description of the defect encountered and proof of date and place of purchase. Contact through email HUBNETIX Customer Service before sending any equipment back for warranty service.

HUBNETIX’s warranty does not cover any damage to the material which results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, improper installation, the presence of a third party products, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. It is possible for a material to be used under conditions which cause the material to wear out (and the warranty to expire) prior to the expiration of the stated time period in the warranty Period, as specified in the applicable endurance specification.

THE WARRANTY STATED HEREIN IS THE CUSTOMER’S SOLE SOURCE OF WARRANTY RIGHTS ASSOCIATED WITH PRODUCTS, AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY AND NONINFRINGEMENT, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. NO WARRANTY RIGHTS ARE GRANTED TO ANY PARTY OTHER THAN THE CUSTOMER OF THE PRODUCT. THE LAWS OF CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS MAY CONFER OTHER RIGHTS WHICH ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THIS WARRANTY.
